· Working closely with PE fund to provide them Financial statements information of their portfolio companies in a structured manner.
· Understanding the Financial Covenants attached with the Loan terms and determining the breach of covenants if any to the PE.
· (Valuation) Working on Loan Model, Determining the valuations of Fixed Income Securities of various seniorities.
· Worked on SAAS companies research to provide the client with broad classification of their investment universe SAAS Companies. Understanding the Pricing model, Low or High touch models. Trends in pricing models of the industry.
· Conducting secondary, company, industry, sector research across CAPIQ for private & public companies. Majority of which consist of private companies.
· Providing and updating for requested information within company filings such as 10K / 10Q reports, on SEC.
· Searching within Internal client provided documents for their performance of loans or investments made in their portfolio companies, determining breaches in covenants, Reviewing the balance sheet, income statements and cashflows along with ratios for client portfolio companies/ invested companies
· Identifying GICS industry, Sub-Industry, for portfolio companies and providing historical / forecasted information of various securities of various asset classes
· Routine use of S&P CAPIQ, Dnb, SEC Edgar, GICS, MS -Excel.
· Conducting research on portfolio companies of BDC companies (Interest rates, Majority of investment made in a particular sector)
