Key Profile: Joined Specialized on May 10th, 2016, during the preparation to launch its new transformation strategy and the new company portfolio. I was promoted to Strategy and Business Development VP on February 18th, 2018 and then promoted to COO on February 4th, 2020. On October 1st, 2021, I was given the task of being the CBO and overseeing all business/commercial functions to help the company achieve its growth plan. I was appointed as the CEO of the company in 2022 and have been there since then.

• Lead the development of emerging technologies at Specialized by utilizing market research and trend analysis, innovating and introducing new technology ideas, incubating and prototyping before commercialization.
• Enable specialized overall business activities for its products and services.
• Ensure the continuous development and improvement of Specialized customer experience for all products/services by designing, managing and improving the complete customer journeys.

Achievements:
o Led the company to a positive financial situation (profitable company) in 2022. o Driven the companys transformation strategy from 2017 to 2019, and then led the growth strategy from 2020 to 2022. o Supported the team in obtaining three ISO certificates (ISO20000, ISO27001, and ISO9001). o Achieved revenue growth with the management team starting from 2016 until now. o Worked with the team on launching the new TETRA network. o Led the commercial launching of Drone business in KSA. o Led the expansion of the companys portfolio with new solutions and products.
Company Profile: About Virgin Mobile Saudi Arabia Virgin Mobile Saudi Arabia awarded a license as Mobile Virtual Network (MVNO) Operator. It is part of Virgin Mobile MEA which is part of the broader Virgin Mobile family.
Key Profile: Joined Virgin before the commercial launching as a first virtual mobile operator in Saudi Arabia as Regulatory & Competition Director to push for and assure a smooth launching of Virgin Mobile.
Main tasks
• Handling the Corporate and Regulatory Affairs; External Relations; Legal Affairs; Company secretarial functions.
• Maintaining corporate compliance with the local laws and regulations and ensuring the right governance.
• Manage all social responsibility projects and budget across community involvement.
• Supporting other internal divisions/teams and transferring all related issues to the corporate shareholders.
• Manage all CITC (Communication and Information Technology Commission) complaints.
• Manage the relation with the home network operator (STC) and develop the wholesales agreement
Achievements:
• Worked with the Regulator and Internal teams for smooth commercial launching of Virgin Mobile Saudi Arabia as a first virtual network mobile operator and have all needed approvals for all packages and prices from CITC.
• As a project Leader of increasing company capital and number of shares and entering new shareholder to the company, worked with the Law office, shareholders and all relevant entities such as SAGIA to apply that and have new shareholders structure.
• Support the sales team in achieving the target by reaching the first million subscribers.
