Formulated and monitored project annual work plan and budget according to Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM) requirements, as well as examined project preliminary, budgetary, and tender check estimation to ensure smooth work flow of project operations. Establish, maintain, update, analyse and publish the schedule & cost forecast information such that management are always updated and fully informed as to Project progress and KPI conformance in a timely and transparent manner.
•Responsible for the administration, data gathering, analysis and reporting of the Project Master Schedule
•Interface with the site planners and expedite input from all relevant parties and work together with responsible personnel to detect and address any risks to the project progress.

•Monitor and review project preliminary estimation, budgetary estimation and tender check estimation through comparison with historical cost data in line with PETRONAS Technical Standards, project budgets and business requirements in order to achieve accurate and timely cost estimation.
Lead the execution of offshore installation planning and scheduling, cost control, project reporting and cost estimation through review, feedback and guidance as well as objective-driven competency development to ensure cost effectiveness and applicability of stipulated timeline in compliance with business requirements.
•Establish the periodic project reporting comprising project status and cost updates with key highlights area of concerns and mitigation measures for project slippages to ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Management and partners for decision-making.

•Collaborate in ITIC Financial Integrated Work Group (FIWG) annual inter-PSC Cost Reconciliation exercise.
Prepare project Planning Package which consist of Overall Schedule, Schedule Basis Memorandum, Critical Path Analysis, Manpower Loading, Project Specific Procedure, etc as per owner requirement.
•Update and maintain the work program and all required details in order to track work progress and variance between planning and actual situation.
•Revise, mitigate and update baseline program to prevent or minimize delay on project execution.
•Prepare Weekly & Monthly Report containing 4-Weeks Lookahead Program, Critical Path Analysis, Progress S-Curve, Procurement Tracking and other information required by owner.
•Organize Weekly PMT Progress Meeting to highlight schedule activity variance, key focus area, potential delays and mitigation.
•Conduct weekly site visit to assess actual progress at site.
•Attend all relevant progress meetings.
•Present progress status to the top management and advice on the critical issues.

Develop Contract, Master and Detail Schedule loaded with resources such as weightage, manpower, equipment, cost and etc. for project as required by Client.
•Update and maintain the work program and all required details in order to track work progress and variance between planning and actual situation.
•Revise and mitigate baseline and updated program in order to fulfill contract requirement, prevent or minimize delay on project and fulfill Client and project requirement.
•Prepare Weekly & Monthly report containing project S-Curve such as cost s-curve, progress s- cure and manpower s-curve and other information required by client.
•Prepare Monthly report and progress, cost update for internal use such as revenue recognition and audit purposes.
•Prepare and monitor Project Master Document List as a medium to track the detail project documents and keep it on track or to suit with any changes required.
•Arrange and monitor Consortium work progress to keep the work on track and following the contract and Clients requirements.
•Prepare invoice and work done certificate to be issued to Client and subcontractor for claim purposes.
•Monitor translation process for all the documents to be submitted to Clients and keep the progress on track.
Report directly to Lead Planning Engineer, under the department of Project Management Team (PMT).
•Developing project schedules on Primavera/Microsoft Project and provide management with analysis pertaining to schedule delays and project critical path which also serves as a reference to project billings.
•Prepare regular project reporting (Weekly Progress Report) and tracking of project activities.
•Develop progress monitoring format based on the rules of credit and weightage distribution per activity which derived from the manhours distribution in schedule.
•Provide progress monitoring as detail as Level 5 & 6 (per piecemark/tag number, etc.) for fabrication and installation works of all disciplines.
•Relays necessities required on site to Engineering Department such as IFC Drawings, cutting plan, NDT drawings, Welding Identification Sheet (WIS), lifting Procedures, etc. or raise concerns like clashing on designs.
•Highlights to Procurement Department the materials as per Required on Site (ROS).
•Update changes for Buyers to resource materials needed be it revision on quantity or new items to purchase, and, Expeditors to expedite deliveries as per schedule as ROS.
