Vast information regarding the latest as well as traditional jewelry used in different cultures across the globe.
Thorough knowledge of Gems, & Gold Jewelry.
Handle customer service problems and jewelry repair request.
Advise customer on quality, cuts, or value of jewelry and gems and in selecting mountings or settings for gems.
Operation coordination between the workshop and the showroom.
