(1/1/2014 -1/1/2015) worked as maintenance engineer(both utilities and production machines) also was member of the planning and supervision team on the new facility building.
Become Project Manager since (1/1/2015) till present, main duties:
- Review the electro-mechanical BOQ tender documents.
- Review and re-design all electro-mechanical shop-drawings and coordinate with the contractor and consultant in order to execute the project with most economical ways.
- Study the main items (steam Boiler, chiller, generator, elevators, compressors, stacker(forklift), …), calculate demands and select the most suitable item .
- Responsible for the needed coordination between consultant, contractor and production machines suppliers to make sure that everything is in line with UVEDCo requirements.
- Study the cGMP requirements.
- Review the new factory production lines and clean rooms and HVAC. Update on the production machines (Technical features, production capacity and working procedures \[In details up to the selection of the pumps in between processes\]).
Was member of the selected team to do FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site acceptance tests) for all machines.
- Water treatment unit (pre-treatment, RO, Distiller, PW&WFI loops, , , etc.)
- Liquid and Injectable's preparation tanks. - Nitrogen generator.
- Capping and labeling machines. - Clean rooms and partitions.
- Vial washing machine. - Sterilization and depyrogenation tunnel.
- Injectable's filling machine. - Liquid filling machine.
- Powder mixers and miller. - Powder filling machine.
- Was member of the validation team for all above project machines and systems; IQ, OQ and PQ template’s. Including HVAC and water treatment plant.
- Supervise Calibration team (Outsourcing/ In-house); HEPA filters tests \[DOP, velocity, particle count\], temp and pressure sensors, temp mapping, Heat distribution and penetration for the depyrogenation tunnel, motors RPM, conductivity meters, , , , etc.
- Good background on PLC and HMI Software’s by making any needed on-site support.
- Good background on payment terms, Letter of credit(LC), Bank Guarantee, , etc
- Study and re-design the consultant drawings in order to increase the system efficiency and reduce the cost.(HVAC, Steam, electrical, hot, cold and chilled water piping )
- Design the networking system upon UVEDCo requirements.
- Design the BMS system upon UVEDCo requirements..
- Good background about LPG system and tanks.
- Solve the problems in the current factory and work to improve the machines efficiency.
Trained as maintenance engineer in the period 1/6/2012-1/9/2012. Was Full with knowledge in troubleshooting, control systems, motors repairing, automation.
