• Implements specific HVAC engineering works in accordance with the work program of a project or as requested within his Department.
• Organizes and supervises the work of engineers and draftsmen allocated to him and provides relevant support and/or advice to project teams as applicable.
• Responsible for efficient and effective design of HVAC engineering works, preparation of drawings, contract documents, etc.
• Verifies that all designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards and in accordance with ECG policies and manuals.
• Liaises as directed with consulting engineers, and/or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.
• Undertakes special and/or project assignments as required by the HVAC Section Head and Department Manager or his responsible Principal HVAC Engineer, as applicable.

Studied, analyzed, and designed over 20 HVAC projects in over 6 countries. Some of the projects are:
1. CFD study for the cooling towers performance in Sabah Al-Salem University - Kuwait, 2013
• Studied the performance of the cooling towers in the University by using Computational Fluid Dynamics Techniques (Fluent Ansys 14), and provided a detailed study on how to improve the system.
2. Design a Network, for an external CHW and TSE networks serving the Development plots through underground service culverts including pipe sizing & coordination with other services inside the culverts such as domestic water, drainage, irrigation networks, power cables… etc.

3. Empower Business Bay phase 1 & 2, District Cooling Plant DCP-02 & DCP-03 - Dubai, (40, 000 TR, Each) 2012
• Prepared a feasibility study report to stand upon the feasible system utilized for the DCP,
• Conceptualized and designed reports including the calculations for the hydraulic modeling, pump curve with system curve, cooling load, load profile, static for fans, duct and pipe sizing.
• Designed the DCP with applying Thermal Energy Storage techniques, including equipment selections (chillers, cooling towers, pumps, ….etc).
• Designed HVAC system serving the DCP building.
• Prepared B.O.Q., specs and drawings for tender package.
4. Evaluated the contractors’ technical offers, and review project submittals (HVAC items) for the following projects:

5. Emaar Properties PJSC, Burj Dubai district DCP-03, RO plant - Dubai, (55, 000 TR) 2012
• Designed the RO filtration plant for the cooling towers TSE water of the district, including equipment selection and drawings layout.
6. El-Khore DCP - Dubai, (6, 000 TR) 2012
• Prepared a feasibility study to stand upon the feasible system to be utilized for the district cooling plant.
7. Emaar Boulevard Prefab Café’ - Dubai, 2012
• Prepared the concept report, and studying the best alternative by using Computational Fluid Dynamics Techniques (Fluent Ansys 14) for an outdoor area, design the HVAC system using package DX units and prepare drawings.
8. Qatar Sports Club Stadium - Qatar, (8, 000 TR) 2011
• Prepared the concept and design reports including calculations sheets for an HVAC system. Including cooling load calculations by utilizing manual methods, duct sizing and duct layout drawings, design chilled water pipe network, equipment selections (chillers, pumps, AHU, ….etc).
• Prepared B.O.Q., specs and drawings for tender.
9. Designed an HVAS system, including cooling load calculations, duct sizing and duct layout drawings, equipment selections as well as prepare B.O.Q., specs and drawings for tender, for the following projects:
