- Study all project documents, including drawings, contract conditions, and prepare reports.
- Follow-up any obstacles to the workflow and find solutions.
- Coordination with other departments such as the Office of Supervision and Designer.

- Operations & Maintenance of all Property & Equipment on site.
- Maintenance of playing grass pitches (28000) square meters, and landscaping on site.
- General cleaning & security.
- Distributes responsibilities and duties to others with accordance with the conditions and specifications.
- The full operation of the club activity, and the setting up of the practice programs and preparation of special activities and official matches on site.
- Monitoring of daily maintenance programs Mechanical (AC’s, Pumps, Chillers, Swimming Pool Maintenance) Electrical (Generator, Switchgear), Electronic (Telephone system, Fire Systems, Omega Scoreboard, Sound System), Landscaping and Grass fields (one main field and three practice fields).
- Site Budgeting and Expenses.

- Prepared the fifth development plan (Operation Plan) for Ministry of Communication and Saudi Railways Organization.

My work also included:

- Evaluation of the relevant annual budgets

- Prepare the annual critical and achievement reports

- Evaluate the performance and the development of both agencies (i.e. Ministry of Communication & Saudi Railways Organization).

- Participated in some of the studies undertaken for Hajj Traffic Safety, and the terms of reference for the national transportation study.
