• Leads the development and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes for enterprise management systems services/offering.
• Provides leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the enterprise management team has the proper operational controls and reporting procedures in place to effectively grow Injazat’s services/offering

- Responsible for implementing Enterprise Management Solutions based on ITSM/ITIL best practices processes using HP Software Business Technology Optimization (BTO) suite of products.
- Designing Solutions architecture; technical and business presentations; demos and proof of concept
- Managing technical project delivery for HP enterprise systems from solution design to deliver a stable Enterprise Management system with seamless integrations and data integrity
- Conducts system support design and performance evaluation reviews. Identifies, develops, and updates operational support standards and procedures
- Performs a quality assurance on technical implementations and assuring service standards and customer satisfaction
- Engaged in the Migration project from CA Enterprise Management systems to HP BTU suites until successful closure of the project
- Interacts with delivery teams and Service Delivery Managers to determine needs, plan for upgrades and expansion
- Delivering Knowledge Transfer and Training to other teams on the EM tools and functions
- Responsible for the deployment and rollout of various Patch and software packages to workstations and servers utilizing Microsoft system center configuration manager (SCCM)
- Supports and maintains various HP Products and technology to monitor Client Infrastructure through Operation Managers, Network Node Manager and BSM
- Provide the Clients with the Patch Compliance reports on Monthly Basis
- Support the Team with the design of automating Operational Tasks through Automation tools
