Title - Mechanical Engineer.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Fault finding and rectification for cooling water piping system for steel plant casting area. Supervise the dismantling and reinstallation of cooling water piping for the molding segment. Make maintenance schedule and supervise the preventive maintenance job as per the schedule. Make emergency action at the time of segment break out due to electricity failure or technical failure. Coordinate with crane operator and process department to take out breakdown segment from the guider. Arrange manpower supply for different area of the plant as per the job importance. Ensure & encourage safety measures inside work place to reduce accidents, wastage of time, people and material loss. Inspect and give primary approval for segment alignment, grease and water spray testing. Make check list for completed work and submit for payment.
