• Facilitate technical discussions with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and execution.

• Leverage the technical expertise in various security/ELV systems (such as CCTV, ACS, PA, intercom systems, barriers, ANPR) and knowledge of different brands to provide optimal solutions to customers and address complex technical requirements of existing sites.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen and technical proficiency in the security system industry. Take a forward-thinking approach to drive business growth by developing multi-functional strategies that achieve long-term goals.
• Support the sales and estimation team, attend technical site surveys for brownfield jobs, and gather relevant technical and execution information to review tenders/contracts and technical and commercial proposals.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of a front-line delivery team (such as engineers and technicians) to ensure quality service and flawless execution of contractual obligations.

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate assigned engineering work and ensure effective communication and coordination among the team.
• Meet with the Master project manager to agree on mobilization and coordination activities: weekly meetings, on-site offices, storage area, communication, and personal protective equipment.
• Allocate technicians and sites to the assigned supervisors
• Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure the timely availability of necessary material
• Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements and ensure execution as per the schedule
• Prepare methods statements, submit them for client’s approval, and ensure adherence to the approved statements throughout the project
• Perform project engineering duties on small to medium-sized projects including ELV coordination
• Attend weekly meetings with the client project team and prepare weekly progress reports
• Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals
• Request from estimation engineer, new pricing for approved changes
• Report on issues that might affect the work progress as per the preset schedule, and when needed review schedules and priorities for optimization of time and resources
• Request inspections for testing and commissioning, and prepare catalogs and O&M upon obtaining the client's approval

• Oversee the overall operation of the ELV & Firefighting System department.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the department's budget and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments for effective communication and coordination.
• Manage and develop the department's team members.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for firefighting equipment.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of all firefighting equipment and ensure proper maintenance and inspections.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and mechanics.
• Coordinate with other departments to develop effective maintenance schedules.
• Implement a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track maintenance activities.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

• Develop project plans, manage project execution, and lead a team of engineers and technicians.
• Implement quality control measures and maintain compliance with specifications and standards.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and manage procurement processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and monitor project costs.
