Biznet Consulting is multiple function company and one of main functions is project management and client representative in construction projects.

My responsibilities:
• Keeping good communications with key stakeholders, attending all meetings.
• Ensure clarity of identification, definition and specification of projects ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Follow an effective and efficient design review process to ensure that the design meets the overall goals and objectives for the project.
• Monitoring the performance of all internal and external architectural and engineering work related to project, emphasizing on-time and on-budget performance and monitoring compliance with Design Guidelines and contract terms.
• Monitoring the development of the overall design process from conceptual design through schematic and detailed/contract documents.
• Conducting ongoing constructability reviews to successfully meeting the schedules and program budgets.
• Managing the flow of design information between all parties in a design team in an efficient and controlled manner ensuring design coordination between the various elements
• Following up the submission process and the required approvals/NOCs to start construction.
• Promptly inform in writing of any event or situation that the likely effect of which would be to vary the scope of the Program; and or change its quality, content, or function, and suggest the proper solutions.
• Following up and supervising bids process, surveying the eligibility of joint contractors and prices analysis.
• Monitor and report to management on the progress of all project activities, including significant milestones, and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.
• Preparing feasibility study for commercial projects.
• Following-up work at site and send periodic reports to key stakeholders.
• Responsible for reviewing changes submitted to ensure project remains within budget.
• Network effectively, negotiate well and influence people, broker relationships with stakeholders within and outside the project.
• Support and provide leadership to my project team.
• I worked on several projects during my work in Biznet consulting like shopping mall, Residential building (G+3P+16), some warehouses and villas.

• Meet clients and follow up with them from the beginning of project up to end of project.
• Plan, organize and direct the design activities through the entire project cycle.
• Design development as per client requirements.
• Responsible for leading the company’s design team, supervising the team and providing overall direction, technical support and control of the Design program and Design work plan with direct responsibility for design review, coordination, monitoring design schedules, design drawings, documentation, and bid process.
• Monitoring of RFI responses and technical submittal, processing for design changes and program.
• Providing solutions to resolve complex design issues that are technical in nature.
• leading the design team on technical issues influencing design, coordinates with technical engineers, contractors, fabricators, specification writers and regulatory agencies.
• Doing written and verbal communication. Comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents, and solving problems involving several options in situations.
• Managing site team, primarily focusing on technical coordination and documentation, team communication, and interaction between site and head office.
• Working knowledge of design, production, construction techniques and standards.
• Professional in authority’s regulations to find the best solutions for the benefit of the projects.
• Guiding Structural and MEP engineers for the best solutions and making technical decisions regarding resolution of clashes between disciplines.
• Following up projects at site and review material and shop drawings submittals by contractors.
• Distribution of tasks for the office team and follow up the work of the staff and their achievements.
• Work in several kind of projects like shopping malls, residential, Hotels, offices, industry … etc.

• Design Development after concept design phase and presents it to the clients for their
approval.
• Implement authorities’ regulations and guidelines to develop the project based on them.
• Coordinate with MEP and Structural engineers for their requirements in Design Development
phase and match their design with architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with sites engineers for any corrections and modifications in the project, and
prepare the necessary drawings and follow it in the site.
• Working in various types of projects like villas, residential buildings, offices, commercial
buildings, high rise buildings, hotels, factories, etc.
• Prepare full sets of working drawing to submit them to the authorities for preliminary and final
approval.

Working in Jenin Camp Rehabilitation Project Related to (UNRWA) and Funded by UAE Red Crescent Society. Total Number of Damaged Buildings is 435. Total Cost for Construction 27 Million $. The Project Performed by team of 40 Engineers.

• An Architectural Engineer (Designer and Working Drawings).
• A Site Engineer in the same project.
