ID Fit-out works complete for total area of around 1, 125, 000.00 Sq. ft. with over 350 plus retail shops. The total project value accounts for 100 Million AED with scope of executing the complete ID works in accordance with the Design provided from Employer. The Project is expected to complete and fit for use of its intended purpose by the fourth quarter of 2019.

3B+G+18) & (3B+G+19) Floors Hotel and Residential Building J-ONE Tower at Business Bay. The project calls for the construction of two curved towers on the banks of the Dubai Canal in the Business Bay area. Tower A is a 19 storey housing building with 257 apartment units. Tower B is also a 19 storey housing building with 90 units. Three (3) basements car parking floors and Tower A has studio, one‐ and two‐bedroom apartments, while tower B will have two, three‐ and four‐bedroom units. The iconic project also futures 6 Duplex units (Villas) on ground floor. The total build‐up area of this project will be approx. 80, 000 m².

•Taking off quantities for Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing works and checking with BOQ.
•Preparation and submission of monthly interim payment application.
•Preparing Notification of Variations (NOV), Analysis of Variations, Valuation of Variations.
•Star rate build up for new items with Backup Documents of Variations.
•Negotiating and getting approval of variations from the Engineer/ Client.
•Preparation of Rate Breakdown and Coordinate with the senior estimator in pricing and analysis of rates for direct and indirect cost for the new rate item.

•Quantity Take Off for all Civil elements (manually, A-CAD) based on pricing preambles and compiling the Tender BOQ with description.
•Analysis of rates for Labour, Material and Plant (fixed and variable) and thus assist build up costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.
•Analyse and compare quotations received at bid stage and clarifying exclusions/qualifications within.
•Preparing and agreeing payments applications/valuations so that payment is received in accordance with the terms of the contract conditions
•Analyse and Recommend Subcontract payment application based on actual progress of S/C work.
•Visit Site as and when required to monitor progress, Preparing Payment Application / progress payment claim against Value of Work done for measured works, Variations/Change orders, Material On-Site/Off-Site, Fluctuations in accordance with contract
