Work close with Stores & Workshop supervisor for all inbound or outbound shipments without any delay
Preparing Shipping documents in line with Emerson Trade compliance & UAE customs regulations
Responsible for managing freight forwarders performance matrix
Provide Cost analysis and suggesting cost-saving solutions to the department.
Participation in monthly sales plan meeting by providing relevant logistics information & weekly review.
Timely update of shipment details to projects / operations.
Well knowledge of JAFZA Customs and Keep record of Customs & JAFZA related Documents/ BoE
Coordinate and manage offsite storage locations
Any other functions as deemed by supervisor at time to time
Warehouse Coordination for Inventory Control
Monitoring deposits and demurrage costs and effectively bringing the costs under control
Identifying areas to improve and providing innovative Solutions for moving Freight at very minimal costs

Customer Billing to be done on Daily or Weekly Basis, and Follow up during month end for Payment collection

Well versed with Jebel Ali Customs documentation and procedure involved.

Experienced in E-Mirsal 1/ 2 Clearances and E-Payments

Dealing with Third party Logistics and Supply chain management as per customer’s requirements

Coordinating with various courier services like FedEx and DHL Services

Arranging Road freight services to all GCC Countries
