Key Responsibilities, in addition to the previous duties:
• Sell and provide support for Internet of Things (IoT) solutions including Application Enablement Platform with different applications and analytics engines on top of it as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) for the energy sector, metering products, IT infrastructure and communication products, and smart grid solutions.
• Manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate.
• Collaborating with the design, production, engineering, and research and development departments to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit the customer needs.
• Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Responsible for key accounts such as SIEMENS SA, Al Marai, STC Solutions, and KAUST in terms of sales activities, financial transactions, and public relations.
• Monitor sales progress by CRM platforms (Salesforce, Scoro, Odoo, and Bitrix) and prepare sales-related reports e.g. complete business plans, market & competition analysis, pricing strategy, value proposition, SWOT analysis, Hit-Rate, closing percentage…etc.
• Prospecting new and drifted accounts to generate new opportunities and revenue.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market research to implement sales objectives/ plans and propose business recommendations to the management to support all market activities.
• Provide superior clients services and ensure complete customer satisfaction by ascertaining all delivery deadlines and commitments to customers are met.
• Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing a personal connection with potential and actual customers
• Prepares cost estimates by studying plans, and related customer documents, consulting with engineers, and other professional and technical personnel.
• Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
• Prepares proposals, commercial offers, order confirmations, pick lists, invoices, and technical submittals as per consultants’ and contractors' comments, secure orders, and arrange deliveries.
• Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering.
• Arranges and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Support marketing by attending trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events.
Follow up with ministries and consultants to approve SFFECO brand and products.
• Conducts technical presentations, factory visits, and seminars.
• Searches for new opportunities and how to develop SFFECO market.
