Lead and manage the finance team, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting operations.

Worked as Accounting Manager and the following were my major job responsibilities
Perform pre- and post-submission checks of VAT returns
Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts Operations, perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts, perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
Preparation of monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounts information.
Maintenance consistent stock of inventory, ordering new stock up to pre-authorized limit as inventory dwindles. Establishment and Maintenance backup source for high-demand items. Assess inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need of automatic, recurring delivery.
Ensuring that the companys financial policies are implemented properly and avoiding the legal challenges by complying with the legal requirements.
Preparation & recording of Fixed Assets, accumulated depreciation, additional and disposal entries.
Verification of finished and prepared statements and reports and providing necessary information to internal and external auditors by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts.
Summarization of financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss, cash budget and other statements.
Preparation & recording of payroll, employee allowances, annual leave provision and end of service benefit calculation.
Maintenance of general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance and reconciliation of entries.
A bachelor's degree in accounting is a four-year program that provides students with a more comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices. In addition to the foundational courses covered in an associate's degree program, bachelor's degree programs also cover topics such as auditing, taxation, cost accounting, and international accounting.
