• Report to the Contractor the tests result immediately without any delay.
• Carry out the inspections and tests in a promptly and timely manner.
• Follow up on work to be corrected by the contractor on a daily basis.

Develop Design Ideas. Develop strategic plans for the project, determining with the Senior Project Team how long it will take and what it will cost.
Work with the client to choose specific design elements for the project, and determine if text or additional elements should be included in the design.
Oversee and supervise Design Projects including managing staff members
and monitoring projects to ensure they are moving forward on schedule and
within budget.
Participate in Client Meetings to determine what they want from their project
and what specific design elements they may wish to incorporate.
Review Feedback from clients, then design or alter projects to fit the client’s
vision, brand, and business needs.
Analyze market research, customer reviews, and other material to create
more effective designs.
Provides guiding direction and ultimate oversight of the Technical Office
works. Works towards positive integration with the multiple functions to
achieve an effective and cohesive working unit on the project
Sets direction and goals Technical Office Team including overall responsible
for corporate quality processes for delivery of programmer and construction
management projects
Responsible the technical performance of the Technical Office, including:
1) compliance with the contractual obligations to the Client.
2) Reviewing and approving the Project Plan.
3) provision of services and products to required quality, safety, environmental
and sustainability standards.
4) provision of service and products within risk profile acceptable.
5) resolving Client and project issues above Project Manager level and
handling all liability issues.
6) ensuring remarks/comments for the Project Report have been resolved
7) Counselling and coaching Direct Reports and consulting in the selection
and leadership of the project team.
8) Monitoring Direct Reports performance, especially to ensure that the project
outputs are subject to appropriate scrutiny and verification
• Guide the manpower in the site to deliver excellent and accurate work which meets the owner requirements and specifications.
• Calculate construction material costs and quantity needed and gave estimates to project manager.
• Supervise engineering activities at project sites and ensured work was in accordance with specifications.
• Meet budgetary restrictions and deadlines by collaborating with various stakeholders including
contractors, architects, and engineers involved in the project.
• Maintain project schedules by supervising contractors' work processes.
• Supervise commercial installations from the onset to the completion of the projects.
