Roles and Responsibilities:
* Planning, routing, activation and testing(RFC-2544, BERT, Throughput).
• Mux installation/Decommission in network & also all type of services provisioning (like EPL, EVPL, IP, EPN) E2E.
• Provisioning of Optical Transport circuits on SDH, DWDM and Carrier Ethernet
• Ensuring and Technical Troubleshooting with OLO(other lease operator) to provide service within SLA around the Globe.
• E2E and N2N Testing of circuits with testers in co-ordination with field Tech at transmission equipment’s & also performed remote test like Y.1564 and RFC2544.
• Services migration (shifting/ up-gradation/Down-gradation) & also co-ordination with the customer
• Handling all type of Ethernet link includes Fast Ethernet and Gig Ethernet.
• Bandwidth delivery providing error free links of E1, DS3, STM 1, 1GB, 10G and 100G to our valuable internal & external customers.

• Resloving B2C, B2B trouble tickets ASAP.
• Troubleshooting with Router, Switches, and Mux & leased line PRI ILP
• Working on ECI NMS for shiting & port change of Mobility Links 2G, 3G(E1, EOS).
• Coordination with Various NOC Teams.
• Taking escalations & ensuring good services.
• Services delivered within SLA targets to meet the customers requirements.
• Contribute to internal projects.
• Escalating capacity & service related issues to concerns.
• Coordination with vendor manpower for various activities.
• Act as CRM between Company and customer.
• HRP to resolve fault within SLA.
• Troubleshoot the circuits (E1, ds3 and stm1, PRI, LL)
• IP base problems, configuration in Actelis, Mrotek, schmid links
• Taking escalations & ensuring good services.
• Escalating & service related issues to concern Teams.

 Troubleshooting the circuits (E1, DS3, AU4) in the network.
 Resolving the trouble tickets related to transmission faults.
 Auditing of all circuits provisioned or assigned to customers.
 Finding root cause analysis of potential & traffic outage related problems & provide RFO.
 Diagnosis of different alarm observed on 2Mb, 45 Mb, STM-1 Circuits.
 Working with alarm monitoring for rapid fault clearance with co-ordination with O & M Team for restoring fiber & for power alarm.
