being In charge for all concrete works related to (Ajyal - Saudi ARAMCO) projects includes many responsibilities.
starting by evaluating the concrete suppliers, coordinate with related teams, scheduling and planning for concrete works, leading the pouring teams and concrete suppliers and making progress reports and updates on tracking sheets
achieving the purpose of coordination between many teams and progress was the most important role and challenge in this job

the main responsibility and challenge to provide high strength concrete with high performance to achieve project specifications and site working conditions. this required suitable concrete mix design, materials testing, Auditing and staff training
by leading more than 40 person in quality control team to achieve our target with minimum cost

providing concrete design mixes, material cost calculation and supporting sales and production teams was the main responsibilities in my first career.
I achieved the target by getting a very good rank in customers satisfactions in quality objects within the materials cost limits
also getting approval from Saudi ARAMCO as Q.C In charge in Yanbu batching plant was milestone in this period
