Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain
Ensure all aspects of Supply Planning, Warehousing, delivery and fleet management are done efficiently and in line with company's objectives

• Manage change needed to achieve strategic and annual goals
• Develop and implement business strategy to build profitable revenue and growth year over year (+40% in one year)
• Manage vendor relationships (shipping lines, airlines, carriers)
• Work with a Strategy Consulting firm to redesign all logistics network
• Audit of all Supply Chain Processes (Supply Planning, Sales Forecasts, Order Management, Warehousing, Transportation)
• Definition of the roadmap for new optimized logistics network and Business Process reengineering
• Management of 150 people and 10, 000 Sqm of warehouses nationwide
• Optimization of Goods Supply - Inventory Reduction of 10%
• Transportation Management and fleet Management
• WMS/TMS optimization - Training of employees
• Day-to-day operations follow up
Full P&L Responsibilities (40 MMAD turnover)
Sizing and Launching of a new logistics platform of 13500 m²
Management and training of 60 people
Set up of EDI Interfaces between WMS and customers ERP
Transportation Management - Distribution Planning
Set up Safety and Health procedures
• Management of 2 Supply Planners
• Budget preparation and analysis (demand and stock equation)
• Launching of the new brand Roger&Gallet within L’Oréal Portfolio
• Implementation of a new ERP for orders and production scheduling (CEGID)
• Create a monthly supply plan and submit it to different manufacturing units globally based on the consolidated demand coming out from the markets
• Monitor adherence to submitted production & supply plan, and work with plants to resolve any issues that arise
• Launches coordination with International Marketing, Industrial Development, Buyers and Plants
• Affiliate information exchange (including international catalogue, data transfer)
• Ownership of global stock equation and inventory projection
• Prepares routine and ad hoc analysis and reporting
• Challenge and ensure quality of demand and orders passed to plant and affiliates
• Ensure product launches and country rollouts are OTIF (On Time In Full)
• Process improvement action plans with affiliates, factories and distribution
