• Provide support and guidance to staff across the full range of HR work and contribute to the successful delivery of EDC Human Resource function through supporting and reflecting the organization’s core values, aims and objectives.
• Coordinate recruitment process, which includes posting job adverts, arranging interviews, participating in selection process; preparing offer letters and employment contracts, managing LinkedIn and recruitment account.
• Coordinate onboarding process of each candidate
• Maintain employees’ attendance record, including preparation of monthly attendance reports
• Liaise with medical insurance providers in order to register new employees, withdraw resigning employees, and provide assistance in solving problem claims.
• Perform administrative tasks across a range of HR areas
