Delivering projects on power substations for South London Region (London Power Tunnels Phase 2) for National Grid
•Managing Tunnels and Shafts package (including Civils, Electrical & M&E)
•Managing programmes of works and project interface
•Monitoring and reporting monthly on commercial and technical progress of allocated projects
•Coordinating and directing the project team members on site and in office
•Liaising with subcontractors and chairing progress meetings
Coordinating the design review process for Crossrail (including: keeping internal trackers up to date, liaising with and chasing Principal Engineer reviewers for completion and signatures, attending status meetings with the contractor).
•Attending monthly reviews with the Assurance Board
•Tracking status & reviewing concessions on Whitechapel project.
•Authoring Technical Change papers, presenting to Chief Engineers Group.
•Engineering Safety justification and supporting information for submission.
•Closure of Crossrail Requirements (DOORS), collecting evidences
•Final design overview - driving the close out process and tracking
•Elements completion handover report - data gathering and presentation
•Tracking and monitoring delivery of As-Built drawings
Tender Support
•Supporting the successful delivery of stations projects working closely with Key Clients (NR, CRL & HS2)
•Quality Project Delivery in alignment with agreed cost and timescales
•Planning & Managing the successful delivery of designated Station Planning Projects
•Developing and maintaining productive and trusted relationships with clients
•Supporting Station Projects identifying and developing a virtual team of specialists from both internal and external resources
•Engaging with Business Development Opportunities - Strategic Growth
Project Management & Coordination (cost, monitor & planning)
•Performing Contractual Administration Duties
•Optimizing Required Resources and Time Estimates

•Participate as a member of the Bid Management Team for the preparation of Tender documentation

•Supervise and Monitor of Concept & Detail Design (reports, drawings etc)

•Organizing site possessions and supervising Civils Site Inspections.
•Significantly dealing with Health & Safety principals for Networks Rail as well as apply Safe by Design rules by Network Rail
•Ensure quality by using NR quality processes reporting in a monthly basis using KPI reporting
•Leading & Organizing Site Visits Inspections
•Leading/mentoring Engineering Graduates
•Undertaking initiatives to organize training opportunities for the graduate forum (CPD sessions, ICE & STEMNET activities, mentoring schemes)
•Evolve with Gender Diversity team within the Business
