Key Responsibilities:
•Formulating investment strategies related to new projects, development of assets for expansion through the induction of new categories and business opportunities; carry out, design, plan activities and strategies to develop new feasible projects and expand the company's horizon.
•Develop and promote the firm’s vision, mission, core values, and long-range plans.
•Prepare strategic plans for project success.
•Identifying, monitoring and responding to risk.
•Collaborate with senior client representatives to establish project brief.
•Provide design direction, oversee design presentations, monitor project design development to ensure consistent and high-quality design to fulfil client requirements.
•Develop planning and creative-design concepts for projects; Full project design management from Schematic Design (SD), to DD, and IFC.
•Lead and manage the development and execution job of approved projects efficiently to launch and completion of the project within schedule, and budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
•Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
•Actively manage client budgets, programs, and schedules; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts on the most complex projects.
•Manage, and coordinate architectural/engineering projects and proposals developed in-house or by consultants and assist in the preparation of project milestone schedules and cash-flow forecasts.
•Represent the organization with major customers, shareholders, the financial community, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:
•Design services. Develop planning and creative-design concepts for projects. Develop solutions and create project design plans, presentation, and details to client of all phases of the project. Coordinate all trades and agencies related to building design while monitoring drawings. Liaising with local authorities for clearances and approvals.
•Urban design, site planning services. Provide technical assistance in areas regarding planning, zoning, environmental concerns, and other matters that relate to overall planning.
