• In charge of the financial operations and commercial strategies Recoveries.
• Support the Learning Operations team in providing an efficient and customer-focused Learning Coordination service - to include sending out pre-workshop requirements to delegates, printing and preparing delegate reports, printing and preparing delegate certification documents.
• Liaise with trainers, venues and couriers to ensure the smooth running of smaller workshops.
• Supporting the team to ensure that all aspects of workshop administration are completed in a professional and timely manner - including the preparation of delegate lists and Trainer.
