Responsible for SHEQ Management in 3 Gas Plant & construction projects at Kuwait

Key Responsibility :
• • Approving the contractors HSE Manager, and his team,
• Conducting weekly safety meetings and reviewing the safety compliances with the project managers and the safety managers of the EPCC contractors ( Samsung Engineering).
• Ensuring the implementation of contractor SATORP approved loss prevention program of EPCC.
• Ensuring safety training to the EPCC, Sub contractors and the PMT personnel
• Site daily inspection and safety walkthrough with management.
• Inspection of Contractors camps and other facilities, ensuring the compliance with SATORP regulations
• Reviewing method Statement and JSA of different construction and commissioning activities and ensuring implementation.
• Approving special scaffoldings
• Conducted required trainings based on requirement of the project like scaffold Workshop, Root cause analysis, SIMOPS etc to contractor & subcontractor SHE personnel.
• Conducting monthly PSI audit with different EPCC (Like Technip, TR, Dielem, SK engineering, Samsung Engineering etc) in the whole SATORP project
• Played a role as incident commander in joint drill of SATORP with EPCC and participated in the emergency team of SATORP.
• Reviewing the contractors safety team’s work at site
• Guiding and advising the contractors to ensure SATORP safety standards.
• Reviewing the incident/accident reports of EPCC and Sub contractors.
• Involved in the commissioning activities
• Participation in PSSR ( Pre-startup safety review) during RFSU ( Ready for Start up)
• Conducting risk assessment meetings in commissioning and startup meetings
• Participation in HAZID analysis during commissioning.
• Ensuring Management of change (MOC) during pre-commissioning and commissioning stage
• Participating in SIMOPS (Simultaneous operation) meetings and ensuring the requirements of SIMOPS at site.

Key Responsibility :
•Responsible for the Health, safety and environment in the construction activities,
•Approving EPC and Sub contractors safety officers,
•Examining the HSE plans, Risk assessment of the EPC contractor and ensuring the implementation
•Inspecting the site, advising and guiding the contractor regarding safety. (including SK Engineering, Gulf Elite, MMG, Mac Kettane, etc and in ensuring the activities in the project as per the Saudi Aramco Safety standards
•Saudi Aramco Safety management system implementation and conducting trainings

Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for the Health, safety and environment in the construction activities (Civil, structural & piping erection, Heavy equipment erection, Electrical etc) pre commissioning and commissioning stages of crude processing plant. Advice and guide the contractors ( Snamprogetti, Saipem, Mac Kettane, MMG, GCC & Al- Robaya) involved in the project as per Saudi Aramco Safety standards

Key Responsibility
: Responsible for the whole project Health, Safety, Security and Environment activities related to Structural and Piping activities, Chemical handling, storage, degreasing and pickling with chemicals, Erection of heavy equipment, construction of huge tank for Oxygen and Nitrogen storage, Work at height etc, Asssigning duties and monitoring the Safety officers, conducting meeting with the Subcontractor management and ensuring the project safety compliance with the client requirement.

Safety in Shut down works, laying pipe line in the tank farm area and structural works and Fabrication yard

Safety in Construction, Maintenance and shutdown of Beverage plant. Related activities - Civi, erection of heavy equipments, work at height, maintenance, shut down, confined space, conducting safety training programs & Evacuation drill, official correspondence with government officials regarding safety, safety audit etc

Construction activities of Maize project, safety training. Risk assessment, Civil construction, Heavy Equipment erection, work at height, till commissioning, safety in running plant and shut down activities Safety audit, inspection etc
Environmental care, developing greenery, maintaining dust free Environment, hygiene of the factory, conducting environmental
awareness program.
