Manage movement of 80.000+ RT/year cargos, 4000+ teus containers/year, 15.000+ Ton/uar break

 Main Responsibilities
o Plan, monitor and control vendor promise delivery of any equipment and goods
purchased from various country or city to the nearest freight forwarder to ensure
meeting the shipment cut-off date and anticipate of possibly freight be upgraded to
satisfy customer’s demand
o Plan, organize and control loading/stowage plan on board ship prepared by sea freight
forwarder to ensure first discharge are last loaded, deepest draft, trim are meeting with
tide level upon arrival Malili, and ship’s stability are always positive
o Plan, organize and control leased container movements in order to ensure quick turn
around and eliminate container demurrage
o Ensure the conformance, accuracy and timely courier of the shipping document to
ensure they are arrived in due time and received completely

o Ensure all cargo ship to Indonesia meet international shipment regulation and comply
with goverment regulation from origin, and also comply with Indonesian government
regulation

shipment or cargo defects due to substandard packing, improper stowage in container
or on board ship in order to prevent recurrence which may result in production loss
