Answering incoming calls
•Coordinating with the sea fearers
•Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing calls
•Handling queries and complaints and providing information to the employee
•Responsible for handling the travel plans of the sea fearers
•To ensure the sea fearer join as per the vessels schedule/ requirements and cost effectively after obtaining proper Visa
•To provide travel briefing for all the crew joining prior to their travel schedule
•To arrange cost effective air tickets, agency charges and boat, transport, hotel accommodation etc.
•To ensure that proper arrangements are made for every high value ticket
•Clearing of bills from the Travel Agents and Port Agents on timely basis
•Monitoring record keeping of travel related documents
•Advising and follow up on obtaining visa and travel cost for each vessel to the operations department
