Deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service;
Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals;
Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
Responsable of set work schedules, oversee food preparation and make sure to comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay;
Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival;
Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in;
Actively listen and resolve complaints;
Manage guest relations team (receptionists and concierges) to ensure to comply with all standards and operating procedures;
Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress;
Analyze customer feedback and online reviews.
Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls to provide information and assistance.
Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintening the highest level of customer service.
Greetings arriving guests, assign rooms, issue keys, and collect guest payment and billing information.
Answer guest requests for assistance and coordinate with housekeeping, bell service, staff and management to fulfill guest requirements.
Assisting guests with ground transportation, restaurant or entertainment reservations, and providing other information about the local activities.
