• Assist in recruitment/interviews for Auto Spare Parts Division
• Coordinate employee related issues between Parts Office and HRD
• Maintain files and records with effective filing system
• Monitor iqama, visa related issues, passport request, loan, salary advances and certificates of employees
• Support ASP/JSP teams and GM with various administrative tasks (directs incoming phone calls, inquiries courteously, disseminating correspondence and scheduling meetings etc.)
• Prepare monthly target for ASP and JSP branches/OD sales team
• Monitor office expenditures, supplies, gift and giveaways for suppliers/customers, departmental tools, equipment, and petrol card of OD salesmen
• Arrange drivers for Shuwaikh deliveries
• Monitor OD sales team day to day customer visits, thus enabling more business
