- Governing delivery across Network, Cloud and Cyber Security for 3 key strategic Enterprise accounts, worth over £11 million in contracts
- Coordinating and holding to account 14 department heads to generate a model to predict and audit costs to operationalise new services and products from Portfolio and cut down paperwork by 75%
- Delivering multiple (8-21) concurrent projects, controlling all responsible aspects of projects and programmes from risk, issue and change management to quality release notes, ensuring success.
- Streamlined the discovery process to Azure Landing Zone deployment with IaC Terraform for advertising, banking & insurance clients and reduced deployment time by 50%
- Managed programs of cross-functional teams with circa 50 -80 members including project managers, architects, software developers, test engineers and product teams to deploy Azure, AWS and out-of-cloud solutions.
- Assembling complex technical requirements for a Machine learning application’s data flow to enhance Azure infrastructure development or higher availability provision with the ability to provide evidence.
- Demonstrable ability in project delivery across a broad technology portfolio including:
o Competitive Edge (discovery), migrations into Azure, private cloud DC migrations, managed service onboarding into AWS, IaC (Infrastructure as Code) Terraform, FinOps, CRM, Kubernetes, data migrations into Azure, data warehouse, DevOps, configuration management, Azure Virtual Desktop, business continuity/DR/ASR, VMware & Platform upgrades.
