Expanded team management (8 professionals). Work on call centre VOIP system similar as AVAYA.
The system is written in PHP. Maintaining, developing and supporting Call Centre system, installing
service to new clients (B2B). During this period I gained a lot of experience in VOIP technology - VOIP
protocols, configuring asterisk dial plans, virtual Fax; OS system - Linux RedHat, CentOS ver. 6.5 -
7.0; Scripting - PHP, Shell, Bash; Databases - working with MySQL; Monitoring - Zabbix monitoring
system, OpenNMS; Backups - custom backups solutions.
During the projects of my last company I have gained a lot of new development and programing
experience therefore I learned a lot about group management, project control and team leadership
skills that are vital in big-sized IT projects.
Team management (6 professionals). High quality service assurance resulting perfect customer
service standards; analysing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends;
recommending system improvements; choosing a course of action; defining objectives;
Management maintenance and support of different IT systems; making applications highly available
by using different IT solutions based on the best practices; creating and testing Disaster Recovery
plans; reporting bugs to the development team and registering change requests; creating server
clustering; creating new features for applications; optimizing applications and application servers
TicketEx system analysis, design, implementation, documentation, troubleshooting, validation and
release of components according to the users' needs; regular progress reporting to supervisors.
A to Z customer care with direct communication to end user such as meetings, negotiations, problem /
solution work, details reports.
Group-wide committees work; internal group meetings, customer support, solution management for
different issues; instant reports of system bugs to vendors and developers; change / requests analysis
and reports; verifications for solutions and specifications by vendors or developers
Development of various monitoring systems: Cable TV DBVT, DBVC, IPTV and Internet Connection.
Monitoring system was based on SNMP network protocol and was programmed using PHP, perl and
shell scripting languages.
Also I was responsible for the Internet Network Administration Module.
Complete customers care including service installation, maintenance and after sales support to end
user.
Headquarters network maintenance and support in local office such as network development, optical
fiber optics welding.
