• Assess and treat inpatients admitted at the hospital for musculoskeletal, neurology, cardio-respiratory or pediatric pathologies.
• Organize and implement an efficient integrated care plan with the multi-disciplinary hospital team in order to provide the best and optimum quality of care for patients.
• Assess and treat outpatients admitted to the rehabilitation department with different cases in musculoskeletal, neurology, pediatric, also provide hydrotherapy rehabilitation and aqua gym exercises for pre/post-natal patients.
• Provide the best and optimum quality of care for all patients within the hospital premises.
• Responsible for day-to-day department operations within the physiotherapy team.
• Collaborate with the management board and contribute in the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices to maximize the output of organizational goals.
• Follow up on the departmental policies and procedures to be up-to-date with the international accreditation standards.
• Ensure an organizational effectiveness and provide a successful profit for department operation functions and the hospital financial targets.
• Assessing and treating patients at their home places after having medical pathologies or injuries, providing neuro-musculoskeletal rehabilitation sessions after hospital discharging.
• Providing a best quality of care for patients and educating their family members to secure a good follow up and maintain a permanent patient’s care, moreover induce and educate homecare exercises for a better autonomy of the patients.
• Attending in a multi-disciplinary pain management clinic which delivers different disciplines in order to provide the least invasive and successful treatments in a small timeframe healing process.
• Collaborating in several sports rehabilitation communities involved in sports teams and university clubs.
Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy Member in the Order of Physical Therapists In Lebanon Eligible of practice in Physiotherapy by the Ministry of Public Health of Lebanon
