Content Strategy is credible, trustworthy, transparent content that enhances the organization’s strategic goals. This Massive Open, Online Course (MOOC) taught us how to better understand consumers of media, whether within an organization or externally. I learned what matters to them, and how to engage them with words, pictures, video, and social and mobile media.
Completed a degree that enriched my ability to analyze complex situations/conflicts between multiple parties, access possible means of resolving them, and then provide recommendations on next steps. Additionally, I have several years of experience with dialogue groups, which has allowed me to become a better public speaker, leader, and active listener - all skills applicable to most industries and projects.
My history degree prepared me to read and write critically, conduct primary and secondary research, and write concisely and clearly. Furthermore, my specialization in the Middle East makes me aware of specific aspects of cultures that influence the manner in which business and daily life is conducted in the region.
Non-degree, study abroad program that last from August 2008 to December 2008.
