Staff Engineer
• Utilize past experience, mathematical formulas and other means to analyze and coordinate the plant's resources
• performances, whilst visibly demonstrating the core values of company
• Provide development and growth opportunities for departmental personnel to foster and recognize continuous improvement initiatives within the department
• Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the divisions' policies and applicable laws
• Oversee planning, assign the directing of work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems
• Communicate progress to divisional groups regarding quality, service and availability of products
• Develop the strategic direction of the value stream to ensure the functional acceptance and value stream commitment
• Provide guidance and recommendations to department heads and supervisors on personnel matters
• Promote quality and customer satisfaction within the department
• Present and interface with large employee groups, management, visiting auditors and/or other visitors to the facility
• Assure that key performance indexes such as efficiency, yield, and productivity are achieved for the respective area of responsibility
Extensive training in Production, Process, maintenance and Projects
As the Production Supervisor, I managed production parameters and resources on shift to ensure optimum production output, whilst I schedule planned and unplanned tasks to be completed during shift.
• I analysed and interpreted production results, identified and assessed deviations, initiated and took corrective action, whilst conducting planned job observations on shift.
• My duties included liaising with members of other departments, and enforcing compliance to health and safety standards.
In essence main duties included the following:

As the Specialist Process my duties included process optimization, analysis of process problems and the creation of solutions, whilst fine tuning the process parameters.
• I was responsible for the shutdown and start up of the plant effectively and efficiently, whilst offering advice for the production on deviations and corrections thereof.
• I identified problems and rectified them on shift, whilst monitoring process parameters.
As the Production Technician, I handled the product volume and quality control, followed through the process measurements optimization, and was responsible for the samples control, whilst scheduling products output
