Position: Administrative Assistant.
Job Profile:
• Purchasing of tenders from CAPT.
• Helping the Head of the Department in sensitive work, which Top Management directly monitors.
• Keeping track of all the ongoing projects.
• Arranging to purchase Tenders / RFQ's through CAPT or any other government entity of Kuwait.
• Coordination with other departments for their technical and cost-related inputs for various tenders and RFQ's.
• Cross-checking whether the department's assistants monitored customer websites for news on possible and ongoing projects.
• Audit the work that both Engineers and Assistants are doing.
