Providing training and BIM Management for clients in the areas of Revit, Navisworks and Dynamo .
3D modeling using Autodesk Revit and other 3D applications
Building Information Model (BIM) setup and project technology planning.
Assisting teams with BIM execution plans and general technology planning, protocols, or worklows.
Coordinating designs amongst multiple disciplines.
Training of teams and individuals in the operation of design applications.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to construction projects
and follow up on the execution from initiation to
completion. This includes design, tendering.
supervision, hand-over, and project closure.
Manage site inspections with the consultant to
supervise the construction activities and ensure that
all construction activities meet contractual
conditions of performance and the approved design.
Review the work progress on a regular basis and
prepare internal and external reports pertaining to
job status.
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to
monitor compliance with building and health and
safety regulations
Secure quality assurance and control processes.
Ensure quality construction standards and the use
of proper construction techniques
Manage shop-drawing, method statement and
material submissions of the contractors, follow and
finalize the process with the consultant.
Maintain relations with internal and external parties
involved in construction projects
Secure an environment where the IKEA culture is a
strong and living reality.
Preparing technical and coordination drawings in 2D and 3D modeling and detailing with Revit architecture and Navisworks, shop Drawings and technical works for architecture, electromechanical, handled site supervision for interior fit-outs for multiple projects commercial and residential.
Assigned for interior fit-out works of the New Palace of Justice project in Kuwait which is a 25-story judicial building comprising of 123 courtrooms and the building spans to an area of 192, 000 square meters Involved in the preparation and development of shop drawings for various packages such as dry wall partitions, reflected ceiling plans, carpet and vinyl plans, wet area plans and fabric, wall covering & wood cladding details for wall finishes Update and ensure coordination of all architectural works including shop drawings, Coordinate architectural drawings and works with other contractors for MEP services, update status of shop drawings as well as supervise work progress. Coordinate with the Site Engineers to make sure the desired detail is implemented appropriately as per the design intent. Solve detail problematics that are a result of the site conditions Coordinate with the Consultant to ensure that proper shop drawings are issued.
Assigned for the implementation of architectural works of the Wafra City public buildings project in Kuwait which is a 15 public uses building comprising of 4 different categories schools, ministry of interior buildings, mosques, Electric substations and co-op branches. the project spans over an area of 8 square kilometers and a cost of 75 million Kuwaiti dinars. Involved in the preparation and development of shop drawings for various packages such as dry wall partitions, reflected ceiling plans, carpet and vinyl plans, wet area plans and fabric, wall covering & wood cladding details for wall finishes Update and ensure coordination of all architectural works including shop drawings, Coordinate architectural drawings and works with other contractors for MEP services, update status of shop drawings as well as supervise work progress. Coordinate with the Site Engineers to make sure the desired detail is implemented appropriately as per the design intent.
