Gemaco Interiors is a leading provider of cutting edge interior design solutions specializing in commercial fitout, office and residential furniture, space planning and design consulting. With a rich portfolio of projects in various industries, our expertise is in delivering turnkey, client-centric workspace solutions. I have been with Gemaco since May of this year, working in a role as Project Manager.
Based on site, I have managed up to 90 workers on different projects, ranging from office and Gym installation fit out, to EasyPanel interior wall installation and carpentry partition works on the Al Maryah Central project, Abu Dhabi working under Multiplex Global.
Achievements:
• Project Delivery, completing several projects on time and within budget, coordinating all aspects of the project including procurement, claims and invoices, man management, Su b Contractor management, and project scheduling.
• Client Management, conducting meetings with project clients and consultants, ensuring any project issues are communicated internally whilst also handling variations and amendments to contracts.
