Responsible for Accreditation of Inspection Bodies as requirements of ISO 17020. while SAAC a new entity I am working to Establishing the process of Accreditation and build the Customer Journey as requirements of ISO 17011. Also, Find out the suitable activities to start with in Accreditation and aliened with Gov. Initiatives. Building the base for new activities in Accreditation field as Saudi Building Code (SBC).Set up the Risk management of Q/A and specified the correction and corrective action for it. Improve the capabilities of team members and support them during decisions making.

Responsible for the development and implementation of legal services. as well as leading the design, development and operation of e-contracting and contractor rating platform.This includes leading legal partnerships, including organizing, overseeing & developing an overview of formal collaboration framework, communication mechanism, individual and organizational commitments.Identify, promote and offer different legal services to the KSA contracting sector, utilizing service providers and launching services through SCA online presence and service providers who are suitable to deliver appropriate legal services (dispute resolution, standard contractors, etc…).

Established the Contractors Licensing Dep and built licensing system for more than 160, 000 contractors in KSA. Lead the team of improving the macanasim of classification process with cooperation with MOMRA. Applied an autamated process for registration and licenseing and classification.
