Administration and Marketing Coordination:
* Manage school communication and marketing to retain existing customers and reduce
transfers to other curriculums/competitors.
* Improve the brand image of GEMS New Millenium School- Al Khail by developing a strong
social media presence and engage the audience with creative content
* Manage front office operations and train reception staff to handle walk ins, parent
grievances and show arounds
* Ensure the Reception is suitably trained to be the first point of contact, is aware of the
brand and is an effective carrier of what it stands for
* Provide quality customer service to new and existing parents.
* Inspire potential parents to enroll at the school
* To meet or exceed the school specific enrolment budget consistently throughout the
academic year.
* Develop marketing plan, as per agreed marketing objectives & enrolment targets.
Responsible for implementation of all plans approved. Ensure that communication and
branding is consistent within agreed school models.
* Provide Marketing support for GEMS initiatives and corporate events in collaboration with
other corporate office departments
* Manage advertising and media agencies relationships with marketing communication,
production and other marketing activities when necessary to meet agreed marketing
objectives. Ensure that all rates are within agreed contracts and terms.
* Co-ordinate parent/community events to engage parents in the school activities and
celebrations as measured by the monthly MarComm report.
* Support the parental engagement strategies working with the Education team as measured
by feedback from the School.

* Work with key stakeholders to develop 5 retention strategies utilizing the 2016 TC data,
resulting in a 10% reduction of transfers to other schools.
* Maintain a documented events calendar to support the enrolments activities for the
academic year.
* Promote 10 success stories supporting the school’s academic and other achievements e.g.
student results, inspection results, sporting achievements.
