I was in charge for all issues related to HSE field.
• Implementing and maintaining the IMS System amongst all company branches.
• Coordination and supervision with the HSE officers of branches for the preparation of additional HSE procedures.
• Lead three IMS surveillance audits with no audit finding issued.
• Developed HSE budget and assured expenditures did not exceed the limit.
• Achieved 5.000.000 consecutive man-hours with zero recordable incidents by introducing safety audit process, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for all procedures.
• Acquisition of all local laws and regulations on Health & Safety and Environment matter for a better compliance of Company’s activities.
• Monitored and actively participated in the management of injury claims with a result of a positive reduction on the T.R.I.F.R.
• Implemented Leading Indicator System such as (Job Safety Analysis and Behavior Based Safety Observations).
• Update the weekly and monthly HSE statistics and present them to management;
• Prepared the weekly and monthly HSE Department reports and present them to management;
• Rig inspections in Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Libya, Tunisia, Poland and Kurdistan (Iraq).
