Recent major achievements:
1. Negotiated amendment for the additional works (1, 5% of the contract value), time extension (6 months) and decrease of penalties for milestones
2. Successful defense against Employer’s claim (5% of the contract value)
3. Successful reaching of Employer acceptance for the prolongation cost and time extension (35 days) in the amendment - exceptional situation on Polish rail market when contract has no provisional sum. Final amount of prolongation cost during negotiations with the Employer.

ILF Consulting Engineers Polska is part of ILF Group. In Poland it deals mainly as a construction manager, project manager, designer or engineer under FIDIC conditions
Duties:
• advice in relation to actions performed by the engineer under FIDIC conditions or similar conditions
• advice in relation to participation in the proceedings for award of the contract under public procurement law, embracing representation of the Client before National Appeal Chamber
• contracts management regarding performance of the project documentation concerning gas pipelines and thermal power station;
• preparation and evaluation of the contract documentation regarding engineer and design services performed by the ILF
• advice regarding corporate issues of the ILF
Examples of FIDIC contracts or similar contracts:
• building of thermal power station in Czestochowa
• building of sewage treatment plant Czajka in Warsaw (FIDIC).
• legal aid for the clients regarding economic, civil and labour law;
• representing clients before court in economic and bankruptcy proceedings
