Project advisor for 3 Nos of Smart Digital oil field, including Collaboration and Decision centers. Evaluation of the DCS, SCADA, Field Instrumentation and associated business systems part of on-going and new projects, ensuring hardware & software components optimum architecture, review tender and contractor documents consistency with Company requirements. Prepare and revise with End-user specifications and data requirements of new Control system architectures & business layer solutions components, as Pipeline Leak Detection System, LIMS (by Honeywell), Management Information Systems as integration of existing POIS (by Aspentech) into new projects, OPC data interfaces, with ultimate goal for unified Enterprise architecture, merged from standalone geographically distributed Control and Business systems.

Knowledge of the modern SCADA architectures. Involved in new SCADA project preparation from client side, as I/O database, technical requirments, proposals estimations, project schedules etc.
Software modification and C&I commissioning during reliability tests of the Oil gathering center heating boilers Burner Management System (BMS) based on HEEMA PLC interconnected with Honeywell TDC3000.
Was responsible for design supervision of the UNIX based SCADA system for the coal-fired boiler, unit 200 MW. Configuration of the data acquisition system, Control loops, interlocks and protections, as well, as design review and modification of the instrumentation. SCADA case study with, cost estimation and control of the instrument part of the project. Management of the 5 engineers Instrument designing team.
Responsible for installation, commissioning, start-up and maintenance of 3X200 MW units Kemerkoy (Turkey) during construction phase and guarantee period/reliability tests with dual fuel oil/lignite fired boilers. Special responsibilities - commissioning, maintenance of the plant PLC control, protection, measuring system, batch process controllers, control valves, switches, flow transmitters, flame detectors, PLC based burner management system, analyzers. Erection and commissioning of the hydrogen, fuel oil storage and transportation facilities, and recarbonation plant. Control and interlock loops revisal.
Commissioning, research and improve control systems dynamic characteristic’s during transient processes, coarse - fine loop tuning for feed water, drum level, steam flow, master pressure control on CCGT Power Plant 5x200 MW (Moldavia) and Nuclear Power Station 3x1000 MW (Ukraine). 6X150 MW (Ukraine) - engineer for installation on existing boilers main flame-failure protection system.
