Project advisor for 3 Nos of Smart Digital oil field, including Collaboration and Decision centers. Software modification and C&I commissioning during reliability tests of the Oil gathering center heating boilers Burner Management System (BMS) based on HEEMA PLC interconnected with Honeywell TDC3000.
Was responsible for design supervision of the UNIX based SCADA system for the coal-fired boiler, unit 200 MW. Configuration of the data acquisition system, Control loops, interlocks and protections, as well, as design review and modification of the instrumentation. Special responsibilities - commissioning, maintenance of the plant PLC control, protection, measuring system, batch process controllers, control valves, switches, flow transmitters, flame detectors, PLC based burner management system, analyzers. Erection and commissioning of the hydrogen, fuel oil storage and transportation facilities, and recarbonation plant. Control and interlock loops revisal.
