Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for overall Delivery Capacity Assurance and Leadership for ME & CIS BU
- Capacity management to deliver in time; making sure that current and future resource requirement are clear and resources are effectively utilized.

- Responsible for establishing Processes for UAE Facility with QMS teams
- Responsible for Central Engineering Program through Central Engineering Lead for Resource, Skill and Performance and Competency Management.
- Enforcing company's HSE, QMS policies & standards
Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• WIP calculations for proper resource loading and forecasting.
• Assisting Sales in negotiating contracts
• Annual departmental budgets and monitoring operational costs executed during the fiscal year.
