-Responsible for progressive development of UAE Facility to ME & CIS full product range assembly and delivery
- Responsible for establishing Processes for UAE Facility with QMS teams
- Responsible for Central Engineering Program through Central Engineering Lead for Resource, Skill and Performance and Competency Management.
- Enforcing company's HSE, QMS policies & standards

Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• WIP calculations for proper resource loading and forecasting.
• Assisting Sales in negotiating contracts
• Annual departmental budgets and monitoring operational costs executed during the fiscal year.

Design verification/procurement/implementation, Internal FAT, FAT, SAT and Commissioning, Customer Trainings, Technical Supports, Engineering Documentation Preparation including FDS, Engineering Drawings (Cabinet GA Layouts, Detailed Wiring Layouts, Loop Drawings, Power Distribution Drawings, Network Architecture Drawings)
