My Name is Anees Babu I'm Currently working with Alstom Middle east FZE Jafza as a Project Coordinator & Logistics Coordinator I have 8+ years Experience n Logistics and Project Management Please below my Responsibilities. Highly experienced in Project Management and Logistics May 11-till date : Tender and Project Coordinator in Alstom Middle East FZE UAE Jebel Ali Alstom deals with Power Services for the Middle East area for Gas Turbines and Generators. My role is Arranging, Preparing and planning As per the Project requirement Now I'm working for some project in Iraq Khor Al Zubair and Najaf Power Plant and I have big experience in Logistics Also LCL, FCL.BREAK BULK, PROJECTS Preparing Documents for Projects Preparing Insurance Certificate Assisting with bank for Preparing Relevant Documents eg : LC Arranging Project Material at site Preparing Documents for Insurance Claim Preparing and Verifying Manpower Time sheet As per the contract Preparing Documents for Legalization Ministry of foreign Affairs and Iraq Consulate After the Legalization Submit the Invoices to bank and Follow up Tracking and Updating All relevant data's case to case Follow-up with the Purchase and Logistics for the Shipments and co-ordination with customer for the clearance of shipment Planning, Preparation and Submission of Quotations for Spare-parts in co-ordination with Technical Engineering and Supply Chain. Assisting in preparing the quotations for Services. Order booking in the ERP System Assisting in planning projects Creating the Purchase requisitions and material reservations Follow-up with the Purchase and Logistics for the Shipments and co-ordination with customer for the clearance of shipment Creating travel requests for Field Service persons. Arranging Briefing /debriefing of work for the Field Service persons. Co-ordinate with Workshop for the reports for the job and time schedules. Prepare Supplier Invoices and timesheets Verification of all supplier invoices and timesheets from sub-contractors .Invoicing including LC invoicing and timesheet calculations
