drawings during construction process
for As-Built drawing.
2. Review all the latest approved draw-
ings and documents necessary in
implementing the project Prepare

Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

Ensure that drawings adhere to drafting standards, building codes, and project specifications.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues and incorporate feedback into drawings.

Develop high-quality 3D models of architectural designs using modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, Autocad ).

Apply materials, textures, and lighting to create realistic renderings and visualizations.

Produce photorealistic images and animations that accurately depict the look and feel of the final design.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work with
CAAD systems.

-Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to
produce accurate and precise drawings of structures,
components, and systems.
Managing, designing, developing and maintaining
-construction project conducting on site visit analysis the
work progress and assessing risk and find out solution.

-Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and blueprints based on engineering designs, specifications, and
guidelines.

-Managed on-site resources effectively, including
personnel allocation, equipment utilization, and material storage to ensure smooth project progression with
minimal downtime.

-Address construction issues, conflicts, and change
orders in a timely manner, working collaboratively with
project stakeholders to resolve problems and maintain
project momentum.
-Manage subcontractors and tradespeople, assigning
tasks, scheduling work activities, and monitoring
progress to meet project milestones and deadlines.

-Prepare and submit reports, change orders, and other
documentation as required by project management and
clients.

-Conduct safety inspections and audits, and implement
correctivemeasures to address safety concerns.

-Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of workmanship to maintain project timelines and standards.

-Provided clear communication to team members regarding
goals, expectations, and individual responsibilities within
the project scope.

-Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant
authorities for construction activities, ensuring compliance
with local regulations and building codes.

-Attending to RFTs raised by concerned at various stages of
inspection and for various activities.

-Maintain accurate records of permits, approvals, and related
documentation, ensuring timely renewal and compliance
updates as necessary.

-Preparing engineering drawings, reports, and presentations.
Participated in team meetings and contributed ideas for
project improvements.

-Collaborate with team members and construction site
personnel to accomplish security objectives and address
concerns effectively.

-Investigate security incidents, breaches, and suspicious
behavior, documenting findings and taking appropriate
action. Complete detailed reports documenting observations, incidents, and surveillance activities.
Maintain firefighting equipment, including fire extinguishers, hoses, and alarms, and conduct routine inspections and
maintenance.
