Job Description & Responsibilities:

I. Preparing structural reports, designs, and drawings for study & design project.

II. Making calculations either manual or by structural software program (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD, SPColumn, Tedds TEKLA) for study & design project.

III. Verify & ensures all loads applied are as per code and as per what is reflected on architectural and MEP plans for study & design project.

IV. Verify & ensures all lateral loads are properly applied in the structural software and making sure that the building structure simulate in realistic behavior during modeling in the software for study & design project.

V. Selecting appropriate Codes to be used like IBC, UBC, ACI 318, AISC, ASCE-7/SEI, SBC and other Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards for study & design project.

VI. Review structural computations for each project submitted by contractor for approval prior to prepare shop drawing plans for all supervision project.

VII. Checking and reviewing shop drawings submitted by contractor for approval prior to execution of plans for all supervision project.

VIII. Inspecting properties to check conditions/boundaries for foundations as per assign by Department Head.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

I. Preparing reports, designs and drawings.

II. Review structural computations for each project. Making calculations either manual or by structural software program (ETABS2013, SAFE v12, STAAD Pro V8i, PROKON, EXCEL sheet).

III. Verify & ensures all loads applied are as per code and as per what is reflected on architectural and MEP plans.

IV. Verify & ensures all lateral loads are properly applied in the structural software and making sure that the building structure simulate in realistic behavior during modeling in the software (ETABS/SAFE).

Job Description & Responsibilities:

I. Assign as Field Consultant during the construction of Level-3 Water Treatment Plant Project to serves for the entire City / Municipality in Parang, Maguindanao, Philippines.

 Water System Project Composition; Settling Pond/Infiltration Gallery, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Concrete Reservoir/Tank, Transmission & Distribution pipe line.

II. Make technical recommendation regarding proper execution of the project by giving detail drawing either for structural or Piping during the construction phase.

III. Participate in Conducting Ground Survey for the propose project to determine Elevation, Profile, Stationing, & Topographic during Designing phase.

IV. Participate in Conducting Road survey to identify possible construction & Installation of R.C.B.C/ R.C.P.C. for ease access of Transmission & Distribution Pipe line during Designing phase.

V. Participate in Conducting Soil Exploration to determine soil characteristics & structures for designing of the structure.

VI. Participate in Preparing Structural Designs, Cost Estimate, Program of Works / Scheduling, & Bidding Documents.

VII. Design & Develop Study concerning Water System and other Infrastructures Project such as Public schools & Concrete Water Tanks, etc.

V. Monitoring & supervising the project. Implement and adhere w/ QA/QC program, safety guidelines, and specification during the work activities.
