Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that architectural designs are implemented accurately and in accordance with specifications, building codes, and quality standards. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain project quality and integrity
Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate architectural designs with other disciplines such as structural engineering, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and interior design. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to streamline project workflows and achieve project goals.
Utilize my expertise in architectural design to conceptualize and develop innovative and functional designs that meet the client’s requirements, adhere to industry standards, and align with the company’s aesthetic and vision.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to develop comprehensive project plans. This involves determining project scope, budget, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure the successful execution of architectural projects.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultations and design presentations to project delivery and post-construction support. Understand client needs, preferences, and feedback to tailor architectural solutions that exceed their expectations and enhance overall client satisfaction.
After completing my degree in architecture from CECOS University, i pursue various career paths such as architectural design, urban planning, interior design, construction management.
