Job Profile
Ship repair division ( project Engineer)

• Planning and scheduling of repairing of vessels
• booking of dock for repairs
• Man power/material planning for each jobs
• Preparation of repair reports
• monitoring of jobs and overall supervision
• Make sure work completes on time
• Interaction with repair classes/Survey
QHSE
• Develop and improve a complete Management system as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standard which cover all operations with in the Organization
• Preparation of QHSE Documentation and implementations
• Implementation and Maintenance of ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001-2004 OHSAS 18001-2007 Standard in the organization and various branches in Dubai, Qatar and India
• Providing training related to QHSE
• Plan and Conduct Internal Audits of QHSE Standards
• Preparation, development and review of project quality plans
• Directly oversee the calibration and maintenance of all inspection equipment through out the Organization
• Act as a Management representative for the group and be the in charge of monitoring the implementation of QHSE
• Attending safety meetings with Dubai Dry docks
• Ensure compliance with client quality objectives.
• Co-ordination of project audits and initiate post audit actions
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are planned and implemented
• Conducting Safety/Tool box meetings
• Supervision of Site works
• Preparation of training plans with the help of management and HR Department
• Proper Filing of Documents/Records/Drawings
• Inspection of materials for Quality Assurance and Control
• Plan and Conducting internal audits for QHSE Standards and take actions against Non conformances
• Conduct Management Review Meetings and preparation of minutes
• Interaction with Customers for all quires related to Jobs and Maintenance of Customer Database
• Ensuring the Proper safety implementation in the Work Place
• Ensuring Employees safety trainings on time
• Up keeping of Drawings
• Verification of Manpower supplied for each jobs
• Inspection of Materials and Products as per customer requirements
• Ensuring Products/Services Delivered to Customers on time
• Coordination with third parties for various inspections, Tests and Processes
• Preparation of Accident reports and carried out investigation
