Responsibilities
• Worked as a main team member for an ERP project which was developed in VB.NET & SQL Server 2005 as back end.
• Developed and maintain various Projects in VB.Net & VB6 according to company’s requirement. The software development includes Requirement Analysis, Software Design (Including DFD, Flowchart, ER Diagram), Database Design, Coding (Programming), Reporting, and Testing.
• Developed various training manuals and documentation according to existing standards.
• Documentation, Customer Support and trouble shooting from client side.
• Taking regular backups from the Server.
• ERP is web-based ERP software promising you to connect your departments, branches, customers, suppliers, agents under a central system. ERP comprises of host of Integrated functionality including, Manufacturing, Inventory & Material Management, Sales and Distribution Management, Supplier and Purchase Management, Human Resource Management, Finance Resource Management, Plant Maintenance and Excise management.

• Supporting more than 90 MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 users.
• Creation and customization of new and existing entities as per requirement.
• Reports generation using SSRS according to management and user requirements.
• Making workflows for various scheduling.
• Intranet site maintenance includes, adding new web based programs into the site and adding & editing information based on company requirement.
• Developed various training manuals and documentation according to existing standards.

My role here is to conduct meeting with Business Units heads and users to collect the requirements, and make the customizations in the entities as per the requirement and developing reports as per the requirements of various business units’ users. Supporting more than 90 users, provide training and creating and updating the user manuals.

Main Features : Incentive Computation System is managed by IS vertical in Wipro technologies, For the BDM‘s of Wipro Technologies Incentive is calculated in Incentive Computation System. The various modules like Sales file upload, Account Mapping and zee computations are done in the Incentive management system.

Main Features : The project is designed for the reputed firm, Scada Systems for their Sales, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, CRM, Inventory and HR departments. This project facilitate to record daily marketing details, expense details, clients information, product details, stock details, quotation details, invoice, sales information etc and produce immediate reports which helps the management to assess the status, demand and supply of products. CRM modules deals with the customer contact details. HR Module deals with the Salary Calculation, Pay Slip facility and Alarm for the Expiries of Company and Employee related documents.
